Theme
Mopar1973Man.Com's theme is to help and guide the common people on daily maintenance, mild upgrades and aid them to a trouble-free vehicle. Our target audience is of the common folks the drive there vehicle for a living. We do welcome the high performance crowd and will help as much as possible.

All Members and Staff
- You will not post anything that is Inflammatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially based or biased, or defamatory in nature.
- No spamming, flooding of PMs, chain letters, or solicitations are allowed.
- No multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are found we might take action and remove them.
- If you are not a paying Sponsor/Premium Member you cannot have any advertisements in your signature. You may have brand names of products that are installed on your truck.
- Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this forum immediately. You may use the report button on the post. We have the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. We also reserve the right to ban you and remove you from this forum at any time, for any reason. This includes paying members and vendors.
- You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold Mopar1973Man.Com harmless. Please note that all messages posted on this forum automatically become the property of the owner of this forum. This includes all attachments, files, or other data included in the post.
- Mopar1973Man encourages thinking outside the box, knowledgeable and informative discussion among Discussion Forum participants. But keep it clean and productive. This includes not hi jacking other existing threads and steering to a new topic. Let's be respectful to the original poster.
- Do not post any material or comment that is considered to be "baiting" others into an unproductive conflict online. According to Webster's, baiting is: 1.) to place a lure or trap; 2.) to entice, especially by trickery or strategy; 3.) to attack or torment, especially with persistent insults, criticism, or ridicule. Baiting is considered to be any post that intentionally badgers, heckles, or leads another user(s) into an antagonistic discussion. To do so will result in you being banned.
- Mopar1973Man.Com Forums are not an appropriate forum for emotionally charged discussion between manufacturers, distributors, dealers, shops and/or users. These forums are intended to be technical resources for members interested in learning more about the proper care and maintenance of their trucks. All Vendors will refrain from making direct, emotionally charged, posts to and/or about competitors. All Vendor posts must be civil and technically oriented. If Vendors wish to compare products with competitors, use generic references (i.e. oiled element air filter; as opposed to Amsoil, AFE, etc.).
- Educate, Don't Irritate. Generally, nobody enjoys posts that offer little or no information, contains emotion at the expense of reason, or attacks another party. And remember, it is entirely possible to agree to disagree with others . . . respectfully. Diplomacy, discretion and common sense should be your guides. A click to the private e-mail icon and an off-line discussion is suggested to resolve difference.
Vendors And Premium Members
- Sponsors/Premium Members may have links and/or banner ads in their signatures to their sites only. Banner ads will not exceed 468x60, they also maybe animated GIF's
- Occasional recommendations of vendors by users are encouraged. However excessive promotion of vendors (cheerleading) on the forums is discouraged and may be subject to removal. It's suggested to build up your social group with your products, sales, promotional, etc
Violation of Rules
- One violation of the guidelines will usually warrant an e-mail and/or personal message notice to kindly stop/correct the behavior. Two violations will usually warrant a suspension of posting privileges. Three violations and your posting privileges will be immediately revoked. Please note that we reserve the right to skip steps if we feel the violation so warrants.
